Hiring: Social Media Content Creator

Location: Medical Square, Nagpur

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to create engaging content for our brand across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, be comfortable creating short-form videos and reels, and have an eye for creative presentation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing content that showcases our products and engages our audience.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interest in social media and content creation
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
- Comfortable appearing in videos or creating product-focused videos
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Good writing and caption-creation skills
- Knowledge of current social media trends and reels formats
- Good computer and internet skills
- Responsible, organized, and hardworking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, videos, posts, stories, and other social media content
- Plan and develop creative content ideas based on products, promotions, and trends
- Shoot product photos and videos for social media
- Edit short-form videos and reels
- Create graphics, promotional posts, stories, and banners using Canva or similar tools




- Write captions, hashtags, and other social media copy
- Regularly post and publish content across social media platforms
- Keep up with current Instagram and social media trends
- Develop creative ideas to increase engagement and reach
- Showcase products in an attractive and engaging way
- Assist with social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic customer enquiries
- Coordinate with the team for product information, offers, and promotions
- Maintain a regular content calendar and posting schedule
- Track basic social media performance and engagement
- Support other digital marketing and content-related activities when required

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Experience with product photography or videography is a plus
- Knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, hashtags, and social media growth
- Basic graphic design skills
- Creative writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to independently generate new content ideas
- Strong attention to detail
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media work are preferred
