We are hiring HR professionals to handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple reputed MNC clients across industries. You will work with diverse hiring managers, close roles faster, and build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding
- Work on multiple MNC client requirements at the same time
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases
- Understand client requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring managers
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining terms
- Follow up with candidates to reduce drop-offs after offer
- Maintain the recruitment tracker, MIS, and daily and weekly reports
- Meet monthly closure and turnaround-time (TAT) targets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (consultancy or staffing experience preferred)
- Experience hiring for BPO / Sales / Support roles [edit as needed]
- Hands-on experience with job portals and Boolean search
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
Good to Have
- Exposure to MNC hiring processes and client coordination
- Experience with ATS or recruitment tools
- Experience in bulk and volume hiring
