- Spanish Voice – 6 Positions
- Neutral English Voice – 14 Positions

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Mostly outbound calling.
- Update customer details in CRM.
- Follow process and quality guidelines.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Spanish: Fluent Spanish positive English communication.
- English: Fluent English with a neutral accent.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift as per India)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
