Location : Chennai

Experience: 1-5 Years

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 41,000 Take-Home (based on the years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Prior Authorization and insurance verification processes.
- Perform VOB and Eligibility Verification.
- Make calls to US insurance companies and verify patient benefits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow process guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and insurance representatives.

Requirements:

- 15 years of relevant experience in US healthcare / medical billing.
- Prior Authorization, VOB, or EV experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
