About the Role

Blissful Minds Coaching and Consulting is looking for an experienced and engaging Hindi Language Trainer to deliver Communicative Hindi training programs for MSMEs and corporate organizations.

The objective of this role is to help employees effectively communicate in Hindi, particularly in workplaces with a diverse workforce. The training will be especially relevant to manufacturing units, IT companies, e-commerce organizations, and other MSMEs, where effective communication with Hindi-speaking blue-collar and white-collar employees is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Communicative Hindi training for corporate and MSME employees.
- Design and deliver practical, workplace-oriented Hindi training sessions.
- Focus on conversational Hindi and day-to-day workplace communication rather than purely academic language learning.
- Help participants communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Customize training content based on the organization's industry, workforce profile, and communication requirements.
- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, discussions, and practical communication exercises.
- Assess participant progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Deliver training sessions at client locations or through online platforms, as required.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive learning experience for participants.
- Coordinate with Blissful Minds Coaching and Consulting regarding training schedules,



participant requirements, and program delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

- Strong command of Hindi, with excellent spoken communication skills.
- Prior experience in Hindi language training, corporate training, communication training, or a related field.
- Ability to teach Hindi in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Experience working with corporate employees, MSMEs, or diverse workforce groups will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand different learner profiles and adapt training accordingly.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undertake contractual training assignments with different organizations.
- Trainers who can communicate effectively in English and/or regional languages in addition to Hindi will be preferred.

Compensation & Engagement

- This is a one-year contractual engagement with Blissful Minds Coaching and Consulting.
- Compensation will be provided on a commission-based model, linked to training assignments/programs undertaken.
- Detailed commercial terms and other contractual conditions will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the selection process.
- There is no fixed salary for this contractual position.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be passionate about language training and capable of making Hindi practical and relevant to the workplace. The trainer should be comfortable working with participants from different professional backgrounds and helping them build confidence in everyday workplace communication.
