We are actively recruiting a top-tier B2B Sales Closer to source, pitch, and close high-ticket contracts with YouTube creators, brands, and digital entrepreneurs.

The Compensation & Performance Structure We are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a massive book of business. This is a performance-based role featuring an uncapped, recurring commission structure.

- The Baseline Quota: To activate your commission payouts, you must successfully close a minimum of 4 clients per month. This role is built strictly for high-performing closers who can consistently manage and convert a pipeline.
- Lifetime Recurring Revenue: Once your quota is met, you earn a recurring percentage cut on every single client you close, for the lifetime of that client's relationship with our agency.
- The Guarantee: Even if you transition away from PixelSpice in the future, as long as your closed client remains on our active roster, you will continue to receive your monthly recurring cut. You are not just working a standard sales job. You are building a permanent financial asset.
