Company Description PhysioPlus is building a structured, trusted, and productive physiotherapy ecosystem in India for both practitioners and patients. The platform supports physiotherapists with a complete clinic management suite, including patient management, billing, documentation, and smart appointment planning at an accessible annual subscription. It connects patients with verified physiotherapists through pin code–based search and priority home visit options when local care is unavailable.

PhysioPlus also offers continuous medical education, clinic setup support, and supervised training pathways for interns, along with hospital partnerships to strengthen rehab services. In addition, it creates international licensure pathways, enabling physiotherapists to expand their careers and consult patients globally.

Role Description The Healthcare Sales Intern will support the growth of PhysioPlus by assisting in outreach to physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners, conducting introductory calls or visits, presenting the platform’s features, and collecting feedback from users to improve service offerings. The intern will help maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic sales reports,



and coordinate with senior team members on campaigns and follow-ups.

This internship role is on-site and based in Jaipur, requiring regular field interactions and in-person collaboration with the local team.

Qualifications

- Interest in healthcare, physiotherapy, or health technology, with motivation to learn about clinic management and patient engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with physiotherapists, hospital staff, and patients.
- Basic sales, marketing, or customer outreach abilities, including comfort with explaining product benefits and handling queries.
- Good organizational and documentation skills for maintaining records, tracking leads, and preparing simple reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in physiotherapy, healthcare management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or similar platforms) is an advantage.
- Adaptability, willingness to receive mentorship, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
