Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning and design coordination for hospital and healthcare projects.

- Should be able to create 3d models & renders and revisions in interior intents etc and support in turning around the interior design works.

- Coordinate with clinical planners, MEP consultants, structural engineers, interior designers, and project management teams.

- Review architectural drawings, design submissions, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with hospital operations teams and end users to capture functional and operational requirements.

- Monitor design progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical workshops.

- Support authority approvals and statutory compliance requirements.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams during execution.

- Prepare presentations, reports, design briefs, and project documentation.

- Assist in standardization initiatives and implementation of healthcare design best practices.
