Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, senior-level Healthcare HR & Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Bengaluru, with responsibility for supporting Lifetime Health’s Pan-India expansion and workforce strategy.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing the healthcare hiring strategy required to launch and scale operations across multiple cities. The candidate will lead high-volume recruitment of Staff Nurses, Caregivers, Physiotherapists, Nursing Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and other healthcare professionals, while simultaneously building scalable recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and hiring partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment and bulk hiring, along with the strategic ability to forecast workforce requirements, plan city-wise hiring, build recruitment channels, and create a sustainable talent acquisition engine for rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a Pan-India healthcare workforce and hiring strategy aligned with Lifetime Health’s city expansion plans.
- Build city-wise and region-wise manpower plans based on operational requirements, expected patient volumes, service capacity, and launch timelines.
- Lead bulk hiring drives for Nurses, Caregivers, Physiotherapists, Nursing Supervisors, and other healthcare and field-service roles.
- Build and maintain large, continuously active talent pipelines for critical healthcare positions.
- Design recruitment strategies for both new-city launches and existing-city workforce expansion.
- Identify and establish relationships with nursing colleges, physiotherapy colleges, healthcare institutes, staffing agencies, recruitment partners, and local talent networks across India.




- Develop city-specific sourcing strategies to improve hiring speed, candidate quality, and joining ratios.
- Build scalable recruitment processes covering sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, documentation, background verification, offer management, onboarding, and deployment.
- Develop recruitment targets, hiring funnels, conversion metrics, and time-to-hire / cost-per-hire benchmarks.
- Create and monitor a structured workforce dashboard covering open positions, profiles sourced, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, and attrition.
- Work closely with Operations, Healthcare, Training, Quality, and Business teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
- Plan hiring in advance for upcoming city launches and ensure healthcare professionals are available before operational go-live.
- Develop strategies to reduce hiring lead time and improve candidate retention and joining rates.
- Build and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition resources as the organization scales.
- Evaluate recruitment agencies and external hiring partners and establish performance-based hiring models where appropriate.
- Develop employee referral, institutional hiring, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, digital recruitment, and local community sourcing programs.
- Partner with leadership to design compensation benchmarks and hiring packages for healthcare professionals across different cities.
- Develop scalable onboarding and pre-deployment processes to ensure new healthcare professionals are operationally ready.
- Analyse healthcare talent availability, salary trends, competition, and hiring challenges across different Indian markets.
- Develop contingency hiring plans for high-demand locations and critical healthcare roles.
- Support the leadership team in building the long-term Pan-India healthcare workforce strategy.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition, with significant experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in building healthcare talent pipelines across multiple locations.
- Experience in Pan-India or multi-city recruitment will be strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute workforce and talent acquisition strategies for business expansion.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, home healthcare companies, healthcare staffing companies, or other large healthcare service organizations.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare talent market in India, including availability, salary expectations, sourcing channels, and hiring challenges.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies, vendors, institutional partnerships, and internal recruiters.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Conversion, and Attrition.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and workforce dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with founders, business leaders, operations, and healthcare leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-growth environment and independently build recruitment systems from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is not only an HR manager but a healthcare talent strategist and execution leader who can build the workforce engine required for rapid Pan-India expansion. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in taking ownership of large-scale healthcare hiring targets, opening new markets, building recruitment teams and partnerships, and delivering high-volume hiring within defined timelines.

Experience in scaling healthcare teams across multiple cities, particularly through bulk hiring of Nurses, Caregivers, and Physiotherapists, will be highly valued.
