- Care Management g. PBM - Pharmacy
- Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analyzing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals.
- Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders.
- Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc.
- Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication
- Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure
- Drive Business requirements grooming sessions to develop product backlog and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution, using ALM tools like Jira, Rally, RRC &
