Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, providing direct support and care to individuals in need of medical and healthcare assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic health assessments, assisting with emergency medical care, and coordinating with medical professionals to ensure appropriate treatment and follow-up.

The role also involves educating individuals and communities on health, safety, and wellness practices, as well as documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records.

The Healthcare

Specialist will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive services aligned with S.IN.G.H’s mission of service without limits.

Qualifications

- Possesses EMT or equivalent emergency medical training, with practical experience in pre-hospital care and basic life support.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families,



and multidisciplinary teams in a clear, respectful manner.
- Has a solid foundation in medicine or healthcare, including understanding of common conditions, basic treatments, and patient safety practices.
- Experienced in training or health education, with the ability to guide individuals and communities on preventive care and wellness.
- Relevant academic background in nursing, paramedical sciences, public health, or a related healthcare field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, adapt to diverse environments, and respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care, with sensitivity to cultural, religious, and social differences.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reporting, and proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
