Role Description The Head of Production Department at ADVEX MEDIA is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna. In this role, the individual leads the production team, oversees end-to-end production workflows for advertising and digital campaigns, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include planning production schedules, allocating resources, coordinating with creative, account management, and technical teams, and resolving operational issues.

The Head of Production reviews project requirements, sets quality standards, monitors progress, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and output. The role also involves mentoring team members,



reporting performance metrics to senior leadership, and supporting strategic decisions related to production capabilities and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to handle multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management skills to lead, coach, and develop production staff in a collaborative environment.
- Candidates should possess sound Budgeting skills to manage production costs, track expenditures, and support financially responsible decision-making.
- Relevant experience in advertising, media, or creative production environments, with a track record in leading production teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across creative, marketing, and technical functions.
- Ability to work on-site in Perintalmanna and manage rapid-paced, deadline-driven projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Production, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
