Role Description The Vice President role is a full-time, in office position located in Bhubaneswar.

The Vice

President will oversee strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and operational performance across the company’s projects and facilities. Daily responsibilities include leading senior managers, reviewing key performance metrics, aligning operations with regulatory and safety standards, and optimizing resource allocation. The role involves developing and executing business plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration between corporate and site-level teams.

The Vice

President will also be responsible for budgeting, risk management,



and supporting the Board and executive leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience guiding cross-functional teams and developing future leaders.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and execution of growth initiatives in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
- Solid understanding of operations management, including process optimization, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in financial management, budgeting, and analysis of business performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization to partners, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within industrial parks, metals, mining, manufacturing, or related heavy industries.
- Capacity to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and regularly visit operational locations, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
