Electriva is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the rapidly growing EV charging industry.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage digital, offline, and social media campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Lead content, communication, and brand positioning initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and guide the marketing team to ensure effective execution and productivity.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Design for seamless campaign execution.

•⁠ ⁠Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and market visibility.





•⁠ ⁠Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in EV, energy, mobility, infrastructure, or related sectors.

•⁠ ⁠Basic to good understanding of the EV charging and clean energy ecosystem.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Proven knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead people effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Self-driven, creative, and result-oriented approach.
