Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head – Corporate to lead the organization’s overall HR function and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. The role will be responsible for Team lead, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & payroll, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Head will work closely with the senior leadership and business heads to build a high- performance culture, strengthen employee retention, develop leadership talent, and establish scalable HR processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the real estate/construction industry and the ability to manage both corporate and project-level HR requirements while driving HR transformation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives. Make Partnership with the leadership team on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people strategy.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead HR Team and recruitment for corporate, managerial, senior management, and leadership positions.



and Develop manpower plans based on current and future business requirements.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure effective management of employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. And Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws & statutory requirement
- Performance Management: Design and managing the organization’s performance management system. Establish KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, appraisal, and performance review processes and Work with business heads to identify performance gaps & improvement plans.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives. Develop programs for employee recognition, communication, motivation, and welfare. Handle employee grievances and workplace concern effectively.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, incentives, variable pay, and employee benefits. Ensure accurate and timely salary processing in coordination with Finance. manage statutory deductions and employee benefits such as PF, ESIC, gratuity and applicable statutory requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources and Additional HR certifications will be an advantage.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Real estate or Corporate level a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in HR leadership within the real estate, construction or corporate industry.
