Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full time, on-site role located in Noida, responsible for leading the HR function and driving people-centric strategies across KYG Estate X. This position oversees HR management activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development. The role includes designing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering positive employee relations.

The Head of Human Resources will guide organizational culture initiatives, manage compensation and benefits programs,



and support leadership with data-driven HR insights for strategic decision-making. Daily responsibilities also involve handling complex employee issues, coaching managers, and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or professional services organizations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability in change management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
