Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Head to lead, scale, and optimize our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving productivity, ensuring quality outcomes, and converting leads into measurable business growth. This role will be directly responsible for increasing walk-ins, conversions, and overall sales efficiency, while ensuring the team operates in alignment with organizational goals.

Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and scale a telesales team to meet ambitious sales targets.

Develop performance frameworks to monitor productivity, conversion ratios, and lead quality.

Build data-driven strategies to improve call-to-walk-in and call-to-sale conversions.

Drive collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless lead-to-conversion journey.

Operations & Process Management

Establish and refine telesales processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.

Set up and monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for team performance.

Conduct training and quality audits to maintain high communication and conversion standards.

Manage lead allocation, follow-up strategies, and feedback loops with cross-functional teams.

CRM & Technology

Use CRM tools effectively to track leads, pipeline, and conversion data.

Leverage CRM insights to improve team productivity, lead nurturing, and sales forecasting.

Implement automation and reporting dashboards to monitor real-time performance.

Business Growth & Ownership

Take full ownership of the telesales function and its contribution to business revenue.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance lead conversion, upselling, and customer retention.

Partner with leadership to forecast targets, budgets, and expansion plans.

Key Requirements

•

68 years of progressive experience in telesales / inside sales, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in scaling and managing large telesales teams.

Strong understanding of sales productivity metrics, quality frameworks, and CRM systems

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Excellent communication, coaching, and data interpretation skills.

Ability to drive a performance-driven, accountable, and motivating team culture.

Experience in a retail, services, or consumer-facing environment preferred.
