Role Purpose:-

The HR Head will be responsible for building, scaling, and sustaining the organizations people capability in line with the companys 3- 5 years business and technology roadmap. The role ensures strong HR governance, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, culture building, employer branding, and employee developmentwhile supporting business growth and leadership maturity.

This is a strategic operational role, not an administrative HR position .

Key Responsibilities:-

1 HR Strategy & Organization Development:

- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business, R&D;, manufacturing, and service growth plans.
- Design and evolve organization structure, roles, and career paths.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent continuity, especially for critical technical roles.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, General Manager, and Functional Heads.

2 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Lead end-to-end hiring strategy
- Develop competency-based hiring frameworks.
- Build relationships with:
- Recruitment partners
- Technical institutes
- Industry networks

- Ensure timely hiring for approved roadmaps and programs.

3 Performance Management & Rewards:

- Design and manage performance management systems (PMS) aligned with:
- Technical KPIs
- Project delivery
- Reliability & quality goals

- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
- Develop compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Support incentive and retention programs for key talent.

4 Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with:




- Labor laws
- Factory Act (if applicable)
- Statutory and regulatory requirements

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain a healthy, transparent, and compliant workplace setting.

5 Learning & Development:

- Identify skill gaps in:
- Technical teams
- Leadership roles
- First-time managers

- Coordinate internal and external training programs including:

- Technical training
- Process & quality training
- Leadership & managerial effectiveness

- Support creation of:

- Training calendars
- Internal knowledge-sharing sessions

- Track training effectiveness and ROI at a basic level.

6 Employer Branding & Culture Building:

- Strengthen employer brand positioning, especially for:
- Engineering talent
- Midsenior technical leaders

- Support initiatives related to:

- Company values
- Culture and engagement
- Internal communication

- Work with leadership to ensure the company is seen as a:

- Stable
- Technically strong
- Long-term career organization

- Represent HR in external forums, hiring events, and industry interactions as required.

7 HR Operations & Systems:

- Oversee HR operations including:
- HR policies
- Payroll coordination
- Attendance & leave systems
- HRIS usage

- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in HR practices.
