Role Description The Head of Operations at KYG Estate X will oversee daily operational activities across the business portfolio to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves managing operational processes, optimizing workflows, and aligning systems and procedures with strategic business goals.

The role includes leading and developing cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing operational improvements to support growth and client satisfaction.



The Head of Operations will collaborate with leadership and partners to manage budgets, allocate resources, and maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. This position also requires regular coordination with sales, advisory, and property management teams to support seamless execution of real estate transactions.

- Sound Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or investment advisory is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and basic ERP or CRM systems relevant to real estate operations.
