Position: Hardware design Engineer (Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Technical Manager)

Experience: 5-12 years

Job Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Skill:

Hardware Design & Development, Electrical current Design, Design Changes, Schematic design, PCB & Gerber review, Hardware failure debug, verification protocol understanding & test execution.

Area: Analog Design, Highspeed Design, Mixed Signal Design Digital Design, Power electronic system

JD:

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Electrical or Relevant Field

Hardware Design Engineer:

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

High Speed Design: (5-15 Years)

- High speed circuit design
- Derating, Stress, Timing, Logic Compatibility and power analysis
- Experience on interfaces like SPI, I2C, RS-422/485, USB, CAN, UART, ARINC429
- Experience on Highspeed interface such as DDR3/4/5, SGMII, RGMII, Ethernet(1G/10G/25G), USB 3.0 and high speed serdes interfaces like PCIe, SATA
- Experience on Processors – Jetson NVDIA, AMD,



NxP and Ti based Processors/Microcontrollers based circuit Design
- Experience on High-speed testing
- Experience on Eye-pattern and Jitter measurements for High Speed Interfaces like PCIe Gen4, 10G Ethernet
- Experience in Design verification and validation.
- Experience in High speed design Board bring-up
- Tool Knowledge: Mentor Graphic Expedition DX designer, LTSpice and Pspice,Cadence Allegro V17.2, Orcad Capture/Concept HDL.

Hardware Design Engineer: (5-15 Years)

- Embedded/Analog design/Digital design
- Schematic Board Design,Design Verification/Validation,Hardware Design lifecycle,Failure analysis, Debug
- Experience with component selection for various electronics products, Fan speed control, Power supply, EMI filter, sensors selection and control loop design
- Obsolescence and redesign support
- Knowledge of aircraft standards like RTCA D0-160
- Knowledge in EMI/EMC
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of RRCA, Fishbone, DO-254, DO-160 Process
- Tools Knowledge: Altium/Pspice/LTspice/Mathcad/MATLAB,Orcad/PADS and Simulink
- Experience in Board Bring-up

Nice to have:

1. I.H.S and silicon expert tool’s Knowledge
2. Altium, Pspice, Allegro, LTspice, Mathcad, MATLAB, and Simulink
3. Manufacturing Support experience.
