Job Title: Hardware Networking Department: IT / Infrastructure Experience: 0–1 years Location: Kharadi,Viman Nagar Job Summary We are looking for a Hardware & Network Engineer to manage computer hardware, network infrastructure, troubleshooting, installation, and IT support. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers, and other hardware. Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues. Install and configure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.

Monitor network connectivity and resolve network-related problems. Perform hardware diagnosis, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance. Configure operating systems, applications, and system peripherals.

Maintain IT assets and update hardware/software inventory records. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT service requests. Manage user accounts, permissions,



and basic network security.

Perform regular data backup and system maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases, repairs, and technical support. Maintain proper documentation of IT equipment, issues, and solutions.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches. Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Basic understanding of network security. Valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A , or Network are an advantage.
