We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware Support Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware devices, ensuring smooth operations, security, and system availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, and system performance issues.
- Assist with server maintenance, data backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Support Active Directory, user account management, and network security.
- Maintain network documentation, technical logs, and reports.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other network-connected equipment.




- Coordinate with vendors and senior administrators for technical issue resolution.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Management and Reporting Heads.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configurations.
- Basic knowledge of servers, backups, Active Directory, and user management.
- Understanding of network security and firewall configurations.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Shell scripting will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, provide on-call support, and travel as required.
