Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Build solid performance management, appraisal, and retention frameworks.
- Drive HR policies, compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with senior management to support business growth and organizational goals.
- Build a strong performance-driven and positive work culture.
Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of proven HR experience, with significant leadership exposure.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
