Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and cash flow optimization.

- Manage working capital effectively to minimize costs and maximize returns on investments.

- Ensure statutory compliance with regulatory requirements related to finance, accounting, and taxation.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

Job Requirements :

- 15-18 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.

- Solid expertise in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, profitability analysis, and statutory compliance.

- Proven track record of developing effective financial strategies that drive business results.
