The Design Village (TDV) is a design institute reimagining design education through real-world craft, industry engagement, and a deeply rooted community ethos. Anchored in our CPAC values, Courage, Perseverance, Awareness, Compassion, and our spirit of “Villaging,” TDV operates across Noida, Nantes, and Italy, building a growing international footprint while staying true to a community-first identity. Role We are looking for a purpose-driven individual to join us on this journey and translate TDV's ambitious vision into reality, building lifelong champions of our cause and securing the financial support that powers our scholarships and community programs, including the Unicorn Scholarships and our vocational-skilling partnership with Savera Trust. This is a robust opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and brings relevant fundraising expertise. We are equally open to applicants with the passion to make a difference and transferable skills from adjacent fields such as private banking or relationship management, who are keen to move into the impact and education sector. This role is an onsite role based at our Noida campus.

- ● Build and Manage Portfolio: Manage, cultivate, and expand a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, and corporate giving programs by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to support TDV's scholarship and campus-growth goals
- ● Develop Strategic Plans:



Collaborate with leadership to devise long- and short-term fundraising strategies aligned with TDV's growth targets and fundraising best practices and ethical standards ● Proposal Development: Create compelling grant and giving proposals that align TDV's mission, with donor objectives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely reporting
- ● Cultivate Donor Relationships: Proactively build and nurture an effective network of philanthropic donors and giving partners through customised communications and donor stewardship efforts — distinct from TDV's industry and academic partnerships for placements, projects, and MOUs
- ● Promote TDV's Mission: Represent TDV at donor-facing events, and increase awareness of initiatives such as the Unicorn Scholarships and the Savera Trust partnership to inspire prospective donors
- ● Relationship Management: Work effectively with team members across academic, admissions, and leadership functions — internally and externally — to drive the highest levels of donor engagement
- ● Event Coordination: Organize donor-facing campus visits and city events across Noida, Nantes, and Italy, ensuring engaging content, effective communication, and timely follow-ups
- Experience and Education
- ● Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
- ● 10+ years of work experience in fundraising, or in relationship Skills management
- ● An established network of donors, HNIs, foundations and CSR decision-makers
- ● Proven track record of meeting fundraising goals and securing major gifts
- ● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- ● Flexibility in a fast-growing, multi-campus environment with dynamically evolving scope
