Job Summary:Darling’s Cafe is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing a kitchen, maintaining food quality, handling staff, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff
- Plan and maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage food preparation, portions and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with service and bar teams
- Handle busy service periods efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine food
- Good team-management skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced bar/restaurant environment
- Positive communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ years preferredSalary: Negotiable, based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
