Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for customers at our jewellery showroom.

The ideal candidate should be young, smart, well-presented, friendly and confident, with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly with a smile and “Vanakkam.”
- Understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Guide customers to the appropriate jewellery section/counter.
- Ensure customers are comfortable and offer refreshments.
- Introduce customers to the relevant Sales Executive and communicate their requirements.
- Stay available throughout the customer's visit and provide assistance whenever required.
- Periodically check on customers to ensure they are comfortable and properly attended to.
- Assist customers during billing and delivery.
- Give customers a warm and courteous farewell and encourage them to revisit.




- Identify and report customer concerns or dissatisfaction to the Manager.
- Maintain an active and attentive presence on the showroom floor.

Requirements

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-office roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident and proactive personality.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Basic understanding of billing and customer service processes.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
