Key Responsibilities

- Warm Welcome &
- Seating:

Promptly and professionally greet, welcome, and seat arriving diners.

- Reservation Management: Maintain and optimize the restaurant reservation system to maximize table turns and covers.

- Guest Recognition &

- Rapport:

Build personal connections with regulars and first-time guests, track preferences, and welcome VIPs.

- Feedback &

- Complaint Resolution:

Monitor table satisfaction during and after meals, handle immediate complaints, and escalate severe issues to the restaurant manager.

- Sales &

- Upselling:

Promote daily specials, signature dishes, and beverage pairings, and support waitstaff with special requests.

- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with the kitchen, and service staff regarding dietary restrictions, large parties, or special celebrations.

Required Skills &





- Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma minimum; a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or F&B; Service is preferred.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, fine dining, or hotel guest relations.

- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, empathy, and a calm, polite demeanor under pressure.

- Flexibility: Ability to work in weekends, and holidays when dining traffic peaks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
