Role Overview

Your role combines operations, field work, and business growth. You will manage PG operations, ensure smooth functioning across properties, and contribute to increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Property & Operations Management: Manage daily operations across PG properties and ensure cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.
- Rent Collection & Records: Track rent collections, pending dues, and maintain records using Excel/registers.
- Maintenance & Vendor Coordination: Handle maintenance issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
- Resident Management:



Address resident concerns and complaints while maintaining good relationships and retention.
- Admissions & Business Growth: Handle inquiries, visits, conversions, and support occupancy growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Sales and operations experience
