We are now expanding our on-ground network and are looking for a high-energy Business Development professionalwho can build strong relationships across the physiotherapy and medical ecosystem.

Are you a Business Development / Healthcare Sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and converting opportunities into revenue?
Join Physioplus and help us build a powerful network of Doctors, Physiotherapists and Patients across India.
Your RoleBuild the Physiotherapist Network
- Meet physiotherapists and clinic owners and onboard them onto the Physioplus platform.
- Drive platform adoption and generate business through physiotherapy consumables.
- Build long-term B2B relationships and recurring revenue.
Build the Doctor Referral Network
- Develop relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, Pediatricians, Pulmonologists, Sports Medicine specialists and other doctors.
- Establish Physioplus as a trusted physiotherapy & rehabilitation partner.
- Generate qualified patient referrals and convert them into physiotherapy consultations and therapy revenue.
What Makes This Role Different?This is not a traditional Medical Representative role. You will own the complete journey:
Doctor Relationship → Patient Referral → Therapy → Revenue and

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong sales conversion and negotiation skills
- The hunger to build a territory and deliver revenue
