Job Title: Growth Manager
Brand / Business: Parentology by JJW
Location: Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana. In-office.
Employment Type: Full-time, in-office
Experience: 3–6 years in growth, marketing, community, or business development. Experience is a must, and the quality of the work you have delivered matters as much as the years. Experience in parenting, education, D2C, media, or events is a strong advantage.
Preferred Academic Background: Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media or a related field (MBA/PGDM or bachelor's). Preferred, not a substitute for proven work.
Role OverviewParentology by JJW has a explicit vision: to build India's largest parental community.
Parentology by JJW is becoming more than a content page. It is growing into a parenting platform with a digital audience and an offline community, with workshops, expert sessions, seminars and parent-child experiences. We need someone who can grow both.
This is not a social media manager role. You will think like a marketer, a community builder and a salesperson. You will decide what to test, what to scale and what to stop. You will also take an interest from first view all the way to registration, purchase and repeat engagement.
What You Will Own• The growth strategy for Parentology by JJW across Instagram, YouTube, the website and other channels
- The growth engine for offline initiatives: workshops, seminars, expert sessions, and parent-child experiences
- The funnel from Awareness → Interest → Lead → Conversion → Retention
- Partnerships with experts, schools, communities and collaborators
- Growth reporting that tells the founders what is working
Key Responsibilities• Digital growth: Plan and run experiments to grow reach, engagement, subscribers, followers, website traffic and qualified leads.
- Content growth: Identify content opportunities from audience behaviour. Shape hooks, formats, titles and thumbnails with the content, design and video teams.

- Marketing and campaigns: Plan campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and drive content-led marketing and lead generation.
- Offline growth: Drive registrations and attendance for workshops, seminars and events. Build the promotion plan, outreach and follow-up around each one.
- Partnerships:
Build relationships with doctors, psychologists, educators, experts, schools, parent communities and creators.
- Community building: Create ways for parents to participate, return, refer others and stay connected.
- Sales and conversion: Speak to partners, experts, vendors and prospective customers. Manage conversion funnels and follow up on leads.
- Research: Run competitor and market research and spot gaps in the parenting space.
- Reporting: Deliver clear growth reports covering results, learnings and next steps.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities• Review channel performance and identify what to double down on or drop
- Brainstorm hooks, thumbnails and content angles with the creative team

Skills & Technical Requirements• Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and website analytics (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, GA4 or similar)
- Clear understanding of CTR, retention, engagement, reach, CPL, conversion rate and funnel metrics
- Experience with content strategy, short-form video thinking and thumbnail/hook evaluation
- Familiarity with email, WhatsApp and CRM or lead-tracking tools
- Comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
What We Are Looking For• A self-driven operator who plans, executes and follows through without being chased
- Someone who treats metrics as a tool for decisions rather than a scoreboard
- Comfort moving between creative ideas and commercial thinking
- Confidence in conversations with experts, partners and customers

- Strong attention to detail in campaigns,
messaging and follow-through

Good-to-Have Skills• Experience promoting events, workshops or community programmes
- Performance marketing experience
- Experience in parenting, education, wellness or family brands
- Basic sales or business development background

- Understanding of SEO and email marketing
Who Will Thrive in This Role• People who enjoy testing ideas and learning from the results
- Marketers who want to see the full path from a view to a paying customer
- Builders who like creating structure where none exists
- People who are comfortable talking to strangers and building trust quickly
What Success Looks Like• Run a steady cadence of growth experiments each month, with documented learnings and clear scale/stop decisions
- Improve agreed channel metrics (reach, engagement, subscribers, CTR, retention) against targets set with the founders
- Build a measurable lead pipeline for workshops, events and programmes, with defined lead volume and conversion targets
- Achieve target registrations and attendance for each offline initiative
- Establish a repeatable partnership pipeline with experts, schools and communities

Why Join Us• Build a parenting platform from its early stage, across digital and offline
- Work directly with the founders, with real decision-making power
- Get exposure to content, community, events, partnerships and sales together
- Grow into a larger leadership role as the business scales
Important Hiring Note / ExpectationsThis role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and accountable for outcomes. You will be expected to propose, plan and execute independently, and to be honest about what is and isn't working. If you want a narrowly defined role with step-by-step instructions, this is not the right fit.
