- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business growth.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimise growth initiatives based on data.
- Manage CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects

- 3–6 years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic and data-driven approach to business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Preschool, or Franchise industry will be an added advantage.
