About Euonia

Euonia is a preventive emotional wellbeing app for young adults in India. We make everyday emotional wellbeing simple and accessible. Euonia is a wellbeing and self-care platform. It is not a medical, therapy or crisis service.

About the Role The Euonia Sandbox is a one-month, unpaid, remote internship focused on growth and community outreach. You will design and run your own plan to introduce Euonia to people who could benefit from it. The Euonia team will guide you and check in along the way. You choose the strategy, the channel, and the creative approach.

• Compensation: Unpaid. No stipend or commission.

- Duration: 1 month
- Hours: Flexible, self-directed
- Fees: None. Euonia never charges applicants or interns any fee.

Outreach Goal

• Base goal: 129 verified users

- Stretch goal: 149 verified users A verified user is someone who installs Euonia through your unique referral link or code and completes sign-up. The Euonia team checks every sign-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run your own outreach plan to introduce Euonia to relevant audiences.

- Share Euonia with networks, student communities, and groups where it is welcome.
- Create outreach content or campaigns where your method requires them.
- Track your progress and share weekly updates with the Euonia team.
- Represent Euonia honestly, professionally, and ethically at all times.

Methods You Can Use

Any honest and ethical method is welcome, for example:

- Social media content and creator collaborations
- College societies, clubs, and student communities
- Referrals and word of mouth
- Campus activations, events, and workshops
- Any other creative, honest approach of your own.





Who Can Apply

• Students and young professionals interested in wellbeing, psychology, marketing, or community building.

- Transparent communicators who are self-motivated and comfortable working towards a goal on their own.
- An existing network or audience helps but is not required.

What You Will Gain

• Certificate of Internship from the field that you choose - Marketing, Sales, Operations & Psychology for completing the programme. Completion means active outreach for the full month, weekly updates, and following the outreach guidelines.

- Letter of Recommendation from the Founder for interns who reach 129 verified users, with specific mention for those who reach 149.
- Hands-on experience in growth strategy, outreach, and user acquisition.
- A measurable, verifiable result for your résumé and portfolio.

Outreach Guidelines

• Honest outreach only. No spam, fake accounts, fake or incentivised sign-ups, or misleading claims.

- Always disclose that you are a Euonia intern when promoting the app. Do not pose as an ordinary user.
- Never describe Euonia as therapy, treatment or a crisis or emergency service.
- Never pressure anyone to sign up, and follow each community's rules on promotion.
- Do not collect or share anyone's personal data outside the official sign-up flow.
