Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced engineering qualified to lead the Oil & Gas Engineering team for boiler and thermic fluid heater projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in detail engineering, thermal systems, piping, equipment selection, and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems, along with proven team leadership and project execution experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
- Review and approve P&IDs;, piping layouts, GA drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
- Oversee thermal engineering, equipment selection, burners, pumps, fans, valves, and BOP engineering.
- Review technical specifications, tender documents, vendor offers, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASME, IS, ASTM, BS, EN, ANSI, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Site teams.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, consultants, licensors, and vendors.




- Provide engineering support during procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, design standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish effective design review and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–20 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in Oil & Gas-fired boilers and thermic fluid heaters.
- Strong knowledge of thermal systems, piping, pressure equipment, burners, and auxiliary systems.
- Experience in detail engineering, BOP systems, and engineering design reviews.
- Good understanding of Indian and international engineering codes and standards.
- Proven experience in engineering team handling, technical decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
