Role Description The Growth Marketer will lead and execute data-driven initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain customers for Innovfix’s products and services. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves designing and running growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and design teams to align growth strategies with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing campaigns across digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, refining targeting and messaging, and identifying opportunities for conversion rate and revenue improvement.

The role also requires monitoring market trends, leveraging customer insights,



and preparing regular reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale effective growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build, manage, and improve customer acquisition funnels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Excel/Sheets and analytics platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
