About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle both graphic designing and video editing requirements for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop, along with hands-on experience in creating social media content, reels, promotional videos, and marketing creatives.

Candidates with prior experience in the printing / digital printing / advertising industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional and creative designs for company requirements, marketing materials, brochures, catalogues, banners, flyers, posters, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Design creatives according to printing specifications and ensure files are print-ready.
- Work on CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop for designing and editing.
- Prepare artwork and layouts as per required size, resolution, colour mode, and printing specifications.
- Edit promotional videos, product videos, customer videos, and company-related content.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media videos.
- Add text, transitions, music, effects, subtitles, logos, and other elements to videos.
- Create engaging visual content for product promotions, exhibitions, events, and digital marketing.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain consistency in company branding across all designs and videos.
- Make design/video modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Organize and maintain design files, source files, images, videos, and other creative assets.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of any professional Video Editing Software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, etc.
- Good understanding of Reels and short-form video editing
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles, typography, layouts, colours, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of print-ready artwork and printing requirements.
- Ability to create creative and qualified social media content.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new design and content ideas.

Preferred
- Prior experience in the printing / digital printing / advertising industry will be an advantage.
- Experience designing for printing machines, inks, consumables, technical products, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

What We Are Looking For A candidate who is not limited to only designing static creatives but can independently handle graphic designing + video editing + reels/social media content creation and understands how designs need to be prepared for the printing industry. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
