GrowItUp Media is looking for a Graphic Designer specializing in YouTube Thumbnail Design who understands how to turn an idea into a visually compelling thumbnail that makes people want to click.
You’ll work on thumbnails for international YouTube creators and channels, creating designs that combine strong visual composition, storytelling, psychology, and attention-grabbing concepts.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.
- Understand video topics and convert them into strong visual concepts.
- Use composition, colors, typography, and visual hierarchy effectively.
- Create multiple thumbnail concepts and variations when required.
- Work on feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Stay updated with current YouTube thumbnail trends and design styles.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong experience in YouTube thumbnail design.
- Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are not just beautiful but attention-grabbing and clickable.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Valuable command of English communication.
- Ability to understand feedback and work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
