Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves creating visual designs for digital and print, including marketing materials, social media assets, logos, and brand collaterals that align with Relomi’s brand and its “ICHIRI” offerings.

The Graphic

Designer & Social Media Executive will manage social media channels by planning content, designing engaging posts, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, understanding target audiences (especially Japanese clients and expatriates),



adapting designs and messaging for cultural relevance, and maintaining consistent branding across platforms. The role may also involve basic photography or video support, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and preparing reports on social media engagement and design outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Typography to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal in all designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is required.
- Experience managing social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and creating platform-specific content is preferred.
- Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential; familiarity with Japanese culture or language is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial, along with a portfolio showcasing recent work.
