Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role involves designing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, presentations, and marketing collateral. The specialist will collaborate with branding, content, and marketing teams to translate brand narratives into engaging visual concepts and layouts.

Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand identities, refining imagery, preparing files for production, and ensuring design consistency across all channels.



The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, following brand guidelines, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Ability in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for clients.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools to optimize and retouch visuals for various platforms.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) AI platforms
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; experience in marketing or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
