2gethr is a design-first managed office and coworking company creating thoughtfully designed workplaces for ambitious businesses, growing teams, and global enterprises.

We believe the workplace is more than just a physical space. It is a combination of design, experience, culture, and community.

We are looking for a Graphic & Visual Designer who can help translate the 2gethr brand into compelling visual experiences across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brand and marketing campaigns.
- Design website pages, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets using Figma.
- Apply strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Create event branding including invitations, standees, backdrops, brochures, and signage.
- Maintain consistency across all 2gethr brand communication.
- Work closely with the Brand & Communications, Marketing, Sales,



and Events teams.
- Coordinate with developers, printers, agencies, and other external partners when required.
- Create basic motion graphics or video creatives where required.

Required Skills:

- 3 - 4 years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skilled design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Good understanding of website design, UI/UX basics, responsive layouts, and digital design.
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in real estate, coworking, managed offices, hospitality, lifestyle, or B2B brands.
- Knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro and basic motion graphics.
- Experience working with web developers.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who can think creatively, understand the objective behind a brief, and turn it into strong visual communication rather than simply executing instructions.

You should be comfortable working across branding, social media, website, campaigns, events, and marketing collateral.

Portfolio is mandatory.
