ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern who is eager to build practical design skills and gain hands-on industry experience. You’ll work on real projects across social media, digital marketing, branding, and client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design social media posts, web banners, digital ads, pitch decks, and other marketing creatives.

- Adapt and improve designs based on client or team feedback.
- Practice and strengthen your design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Work alongside marketing, product, and content teams to maintain consistent brand styles.
- Explore current design trends and apply creative ideas to real-world projects.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS TO GET HIRED

• A Strong Portfolio: Showcase 2-4 solid projects featuring branding, layouts, social media creatives, or digital graphics. A strong portfolio matters more than relying only on a degree.

- Design Fundamentals: Understand colour theory, typography,



visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and layout principles.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to think creatively while maintaining clean, professional, and visually appealing designs.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Ability to understand briefs, ask relevant questions, and collaborate effectively with the team.

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Students pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.

- Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio.
- Candidates with 1-2 year of relevant experience.
