We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment operations.

? Core Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes based on defined job requirements
- Shortlist suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding applications and interview status
- Support job posting and employer branding activities
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates
- Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities

? Monthly Goals & KPIPrimary Goal: Support the recruitment team's monthly hiring goals. Performance will be assessed based on sourcing quality, candidate shortlisting,



coordination efficiency, communication, and contribution toward overall recruitment targets.

? Ideal Candidate

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple candidates/tasks
- Detail-oriented when reviewing candidate information
- Proactive and willing to learn recruitment processes
- Prior recruitment internship or exposure is a plus, but not mandatory

⏰ Availability & Commitment
- Full-time internship
- 40 hours/week
- Based in Surat
- Should be available for regular Daily Scrum Meetings (DSMs)
- Must attend the Infofrenzy session every Tuesday at 1:00 PM
- Availability required for other team meetings and recruitment discussions
