Roles and Responsibilities

Granulation operator

- Shall be responsible for granulation equipments and batch manufacturing.

- 1. To manufacture the batch as per given procedure in BMR

- 1. Responsible for operation & cleaning of RMG, FBD, FBE, Multi mill, sifter, paste kettle & blender.

- 1. To take the planning from Executive/officer/chemist.

- 1. Allocate the helper as per their skill & experience.

- 1. To check the all critical process parameter during operation of batch product

- 1. Handling & monitoring of equipment during process.

- 1. To fill the log book which are necessary for granulation area.

- 1. If any type of non compliance/non conformance observed during granulation, intimate to the Executive/officer/chemist.

- 1. Any other work will be assigned to his as per need by top management or designee.

- 1. To participate in scheduled and unscheduled training activities.
