We are looking for an experienced Google Ads / AdWords Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Google Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ad performance
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Understanding of keyword research, bidding & conversion tracking
- Experience with campaign optimization and reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
