We are hiring for a General Manager-Legal of contracts in real estate is responsible for drafting and managing contracts and agreements related to Real Estate Projects.

Responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalization of project contracts e.g. Builder Buyer Agreement, Conveyance Deed, Application Form, Allotment Letter, Facilitation Agreement, Comfort Letter, Possession Documents, etc. and other related documentation.

Negotiating: Leading contract negotiations including discussions with Customers etc.

Collaborating: Collaborating with CRM, finance, and project teams. Providing response to CRM and customer queries. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with agreements terms and related documents.

Documenting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Consistency in all documentation.

Reporting: Preparing regular reports on contract status,



key performance indicators, and risk assessments.

Providing updates: Providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders on contract milestones, key terms, and potential risks.

Criteria

Bachelors degree in Law, or related field. Proven experience in Project Documentation.

In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing project contracts, and negotiation terms. Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
