Designation: Vice President - Program Manager

- Lead projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring transparent objectives, milestones, deliverables, resources, timelines, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
- Drive day-to-day execution and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead operating model redesign, process improvement, and technology implementation initiatives.

Desired Profile

- Experienced Project/Program Manager with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.




- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, governance, risk and issue management, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies, business units, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, SOP development, and business requirements is highly desirable.
