Designation: Vice President - Trade and Transaction Regulatory Reporting

- Manage day-to-day trade repository and regulatory reporting activities, including reporting, exception monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of reporting exceptions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across relevant products and asset classes.
- Monitor reporting processes and identify potential breaks, data quality issues, and operational risks.
- Support the implementation of technology and system enhancements within the functional area.

Desired Profile

- Robust experience in Regulatory Operations, Trade Repository Reporting, Transaction Reporting,



or Investment Banking Operations.
- Good understanding of OTC derivatives and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across major global jurisdictions.
- Experience across one or more asset classes such as Credit, Equities, Rates, FX, or Commodities.
- Experience working with Front Office and Middle Office systems and processes.
