Designation: Vice President - Program Manager

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs across the equities and front-office workplace.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Drive strategic and regulatory change initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and program-level decisions.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, controls, and escalation mechanisms.

Desired Profile

- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within financial services or capital markets.




- Strong equities trading domain expertise with a solid understanding of the electronic trading landscape.
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), algorithmic trading, electronic execution, and post-trade processes.
