Designation: Vice President - Global OTC Derivatives Settlements

Lead and oversee global OTC Derivatives Settlements Operations across multiple regions and entities.

Manage end-to-end settlement activities while ensuring consistent service delivery, operational controls, and client experience across the global footprint.

Oversee applications and platforms supporting OTC settlements, ensuring alignment with evolving market practices, business requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Drive initiatives to improve processing efficiency, reporting, automation, and operational scalability.

Monitor KRIs, settlement breaks, operational incidents, and risk indicators, driving initiatives to reduce exceptions and strengthen controls.

Desired Profile

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking Operations, Capital Markets Operations,



or a related financial services environment.
- Extensive experience in OTC Derivatives Settlements, preferably covering both Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives.
- Solid understanding of the complete derivatives trade lifecycle, including booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and related post-trade activities.
- Hands-on experience with settlement processing, settlement instruction preparation, SSI validation, fails management, reconciliation, and cash-flow processing.
