The Role & Who We Are Looking For

Please note: This is a commercial corporate growth and business development role-it is NOT a court practice, litigation, or document-review position.

We are headhunting ambitious Law Graduates (LL.B / B.A. LL.B), young legal professionals, or corporate services graduates who want to pivot away from traditional practice and build an international career on the commercial, revenue-generating side of the legal and professional services industry.

As an Associate, you will execute corporate outreach, engage senior international managing partners, drive global platform memberships,



and coordinate cross-border legal business corridors.

Key Competencies

- Flawless Professional Judgment & High EQ: Absolute command over skilled written and spoken English. You must be capable of holding peer-level business development conversations with senior international partners.
- Domain Familiarity: A solid foundational understanding of corporate terminology, global legal frameworks, or international professional advisory environments.
- Startup Maturity: The ability to work independently in a lean 3-to-5 person team environment without manual supervision, managing global outreach asynchronously via email and calls.

Structure & Growth Track

- Work Setup: Full-time from our small office in South Delhi (6-day working week with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
- Progression: A highly structured career path built around verified performance milestones. We operate an initial short-term training and evaluation period, leading into standard operational bands, with long-term performance-linked equity options for core builders.
